FAQ

Plain answers to what companies ask before they send the three questions.

Are you a broker?

No. We license the data ourselves, pay you directly, and supply AI developers under the license terms.

Is there a fee?

No. We pay you; you never pay us.

How are offers priced?

Depth matters more than size: years of real decisions, conversations and outcomes are worth more than a large but shallow export. We confirm a number in writing after reviewing a sample.

When does payment arrive?

We review the delivered, anonymized data for up to 60 days. Once it's approved, payment is net 30.

Why review the delivery?

Each delivered record is checked for completeness, quality, and proper anonymization before approval. Most reviews finish sooner than 60 days.

What if the delivery is declined?

If the data does not pass review, the deal stops. Nothing is owed, no license is granted, and we delete the delivered data within 30 days and confirm that deletion in writing.

What is operational data?

The day-to-day history of the business: messaging, email, documents, CRM history, support tickets, call recordings, project tools, design files, accounting and ERP exports, and industry-specific systems.

Are identifiers removed?

Yes. An anonymization step strips identifying fields before we or any buyer see the record.

Will customers or daily work change?

No. How you operate stays the same. You keep every record and every tool.

Who receives the licensed data?

AI labs and model developers, under a bounded license. We do not disclose which buyer received which record.

Can we speak with someone first?

Yes. Answer the three questions and book a call. We read those answers before the call so it stays short.

How long does a license run?

The term is written in the license. It covers a defined set of records for a defined period, usually a number of years. It is not an open-ended handover of the company.

Is a license exclusive?

Non-exclusive by default. You keep using the data in your own business, and you may license it to others unless a written agreement says otherwise.

What if we turn the offer down?

Nothing is owed. You keep every record, there is no fee, and you can ask us to delete the sample we reviewed.

Is a sample required before an offer?

Yes. The price comes from a sample of the actual history, not from a guess about headcount. Sending a sample does not commit you to a license.

Which exports do you accept?

Exports you can already produce: CSV, JSON, and the native backup or archive from the system itself. A custom integration is not required to receive an offer.

Can a subsidiary, franchise, or sister company take part?

Yes, when the person submitting is authorized for that entity. Each company is its own license. A parent company does not automatically speak for a franchisee.

Can data we hold for clients be included?

No. Client-held data stays out of the license.

Do you accept PHI, cardholder data, or other regulated personal data?

No. Protected health information, cardholder data, and other regulated personal data are excluded, even when they sit in the same system as the operational history.

Can we cover several years, or return later?

Yes. A license can cover multiple years of history, and we can write a follow-on license later for records created after the first delivery.
