Who runs this site
Encor runs this site. Send privacy questions and deletion requests to [email protected].
What the form stores
Company name, website, your name, title, work email, phone, and state or country; the systems you select; industry; years in operation; headcount range; revenue range; number of locations; and your confirmation that you may speak for the company. If you open an account, we also store that email and a password handled by our authentication provider. The form does not ask for customer lists or the contents of your records.
What we do with it
We use the answers to reply to you, to decide whether to review a sample, to send a confirmation email, and to keep a record of the conversation. If you open an account, we use it to show the status of requests sent with the same email.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted on Railway. Form records are stored in Supabase. Email is sent with Resend. Those providers process the information to run those services. We do not sell information from the form, and we do not pass your contact details to a data buyer.
How long we hold it
We keep a request while we are talking with you and for a period afterward so we can honor a deletion request or a signed license. You can ask us to delete a request that did not become a license.
Session cookies
If you log in, the authentication provider sets a session cookie so the dashboard can recognize you. The public pages do not require an account.
